Hello everyone, I am Eva and I have been working as a software project manager for the past three years. I enjoy my work but there I admit that management of such projects is a difficult task. The fact that the success rate for IT projects is just around 30 % just proves the difficulty level an IT project manager has to face. Perhaps the main reason for this is that selection of the right candidate for the right kind of work is not easy. The other major reason is that the project manager has to handle the rules and laws that may come in the way of the project. In fact, a project manager is like an interface between the company and the client for the software product.
