Years ago, like back in the 80s, I had a friend who was a licensed electrician and he hated going from room to room to switch off lights before going to bed. He hated it so badly that he installed a whole panel of light switches in his master bedroom that controlled all of the lights to every room in the whole house. At the time we all thought he was either a genius or crazy! Today you can have a central lighting control at your finger tips, no matter where you are, and you don’t have to take up wall space.
