A Quick Fire Mage Leveling Guide

Here’s a quick primer on how to level a Fire spec Mage in World of Warcraft.  If this isn’t enough info, you’ll want to pick up a full fledged mage leveling guide to give you the details.  A fire mage will usually open up at maximum range with a Pyroblast, then follow it up with a couple of Fireballs.  Once the monster gets close, Fire Blast it and then hit it with Frost Nova if it’s still pretty healthy, otherwise take it down with an Arcane Explosion or a Scorch.  After the Frost Nova, Blink and then start with the Fireballs again.  Repeat as needed, and the levels will come.
