Weightlifting By the Charts

I work out at home all alone. No trainer or gym for me. This way I can get my workout done with no time wasted on driving and parking and dealing with crowds or delays. The fact that I am alone in my work outs means that I need to find motivating tricks that will keep me on track and focused on my goals. The best things I have found for that are weightlifting charts which show my progress to date and show me where my next steps are in terms of weight amounts and rep numbers. These charts keep me on my program!
