From the outside it is easy to simply keep on walking right past the caverns, but enter into this enormous cave system and you will discover some of Mother Nature’s truly astounding work. The Witch’s Finger, for example, which is a giant stalagmite, is a corkscrew structure more than five times the height of the average person and the even more impressive Rock of Ages makes stationary rock appear to move. Combine these with the Bat Cave, the Bifrost Room, the Hall of the Giants and many others and, as long as you have a good pair of discount hiking boots, you will be in for some real hiking treats.
