I have worked at the same company for almost ten years now. Recently, I received a great, and well-deserved, promotion. But, with that promotion certainly comes more work. And, unfortunately, the extra work has not allowed me to get to the gym as often as I used to. The negative associated with this is that I’ve noticeably gained weight. So, I need to find a way to achieve the same workout as I usually had, but in less time. I didn’t think it would be possible until I saw a Turbulence Training review. This workout plan would be great and perfect for my life situation.
