When you join a fitness club you make a substantial commitment to improving your life and lifestyle. When cost must be a consideration, stick with the tried and true established club with a large membership and modern equipment.
Ask members how they would rate the club and how long they’ve been a member. Long-term membership usually means they’ve been happy with their fitness routine and accomplishments. If you find that many of the members are overweight, ask them how long ago they joined and how well it’s working out for them so far.
The fitness clubs out there vary a lot in their programs but usually the aim is the same…. to make you fit and feeling good. Also check out the online fitness membership organizations as they might be a good bet if you already own some of the equipment required.
