I’m wondering if an aluminum tilt umbrella would be better than the regular fixed umbrella. They do cost a bit more, but they are more versatile than the fixed umbrellas. My only concern is whether they break easier because of the extra movement to the umbrella. Things tend to break around here when people start fiddling with them, and I don’t want this to be the latest casualty in our accident-prone household. Seriously, if there is a way to break something, my teenage boys will find it. I think they are just impatient, but I may wait on the tilt umbrella until after they move out.
