It was so hard for me when my youngest son left for college. It was hard to let go, but I knew that I had to. I wanted to help him by purchasing a few items for his dorm room. I bought him a microwave and a few small appliances. I also got him a steam iron because I knew that it would be easy for him to use on his clothes. He likes to look nice when he goes out on dates.
