Teachers Training For Familiarity Of New Teaching Styles

I remember back in high school, the coolest teachers were the young teachers and the most hated teachers would always be the old ones.  Maybe because the young teachers knew the latest in teaching techniques while the old ones are not familiary with it yet. So it somehow becomes unfair for the old ones.  So to make it fair, send all the teachers to Teachers Training so they will all become familiar with the newest styles and techiques in teaching.  Plus they will also be oriented with how do kids today act around authority figures. They need to be forewarned too when it comes to kids today.
