Making it Through RESNET Training

RESNET training is offered to anyone who is interested in a position with the Residential Energy Services Network. Standards are created by the organization which all raters must be familiar with in order to have a job with this corporation. There is a national test administered over the Internet that is required to become a rater. Candidates must also perform 5 accurate ratings of home in the area. This sounds like a beneficial activity, as many homes are built to overuse the resources we have available. Hopefully, by having raters critique these homes, builders will become smarter about creating energy efficient homes.
