I have lived in Panama City for two years and have followed the advice posted on the National Weather Service website to prepare for hurricanes. While this advice was good I realized it was nowhere near complete. I have found tons of tips on a few really good hurricane forums that I found. These forums are filled with people that have been through some of the worst hurricanes and survived. There are some very practical and inventive tips and ideas that can be used to get through this kind of natural disaster.It’s too bad that everybody doesn’t know about these forums.
