ETF trading Systems Are Not Ideal For Small Investments

Although ETF trading systems are fast becoming a favorite among investors due to its many advantages over other financial tools, it may prove to be a disadvantage if done with small investments. Transaction fees may be its undoing. When substantial purchases are involved, the transaction fees may not be a significant percentage. However, if trading of ETFs are always done with small purchases, then the transaction fees may just eat up any profit you may get in the long run. It is highly advisable that investors put up at least a minimum investment of $1,000 per ETF trade before he starts trading to make sure that profit is maximized.
