When I moved out of San Francisco I worried some about having to commute every day but some friends and I have solved that little issue. Six of us got together and bought a Cessna Skymaster and a full time pilot. Now not only can we commute to work every day we can also take trips to Reno or Tahoe or run down to the L. A. area on weekends off. We let the pilot use the plane to run groups of vacationers other places to. After the maintenance cost of the flight is taken out of the fees the pilots gets half the profit for a little extra earnings.
