In a market letter it’s always the psychology that matters. Define your target audience suitably when composing a letter. It will help you identify the kind of people that you would be dealing with. Always try to get into the psyche of your investor while composing a letter. Ask yourself as to what does an investor want? What information could be useful to him and what can you offer?

Try to analyze the customer base and categorize them as per their age, sex, income levels and likings. And, then launch a suitable research that is specific to the target. Try to incorporate psychological tactics that connect well with minds of the readers. They generate interest in the reader and make him read your letter from top to bottom.
