Background Search Which is Quick and Easy

I work for a company that has over five-hundred employees and when we have growth spurts, it wreaks havoc for our human resource department. We were currently expanding a division and planning on hiring fifty new employees and I was asked to find a way to perform a background search more quickly and making the process easier. Our human resource department manually enters all the information into the computer and sends the information to a company to perform the leg work. I decided to call several companies and get quotes and found that faxing the information over to these companies, not only saves time, but money.
