I have been looking around to find shop insurance for my jewelry business. I was very surprised to learn that many companies do not cover this type of venture. So far, I have had three agents tell me that their business does not carry this type of policy for jewelers. I need to keep searching as I need to have insurance before opening my doors next month. My inventory is worth way to much to not have it covered against theft, fire and water damage. I would like to have coverage for other unexpected events also so I’m hoping I find someone soon.
