Like a Hot Knife through Butter

Yesterday, I told my neighbor I was looking for a new kitchen knife. She immediately announced that she had the best kitchen knives anyone could hope to use and that everyone should own a set. I was curious about what made her knives so different from that of others and asked to try them out for one evening. Surprisingly, she did lend them to me. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the handles were, it was as though they were specially made to fit easily into my hand. The blades were also amazingly sharp and had no trouble cutting through the thickest beef bones.
