I love New Chapter products and I love their new product: Zyflamend Vegecaps. I like vege caps cause I’m a devout vegetarian. I also love NewEnglandNutritives.com because they don’t play games. Their “regular” price is the sale price. They don’t play coupon games and such. You always get good product, always on sale. That’s my little promo. You’d think I held stock in these companies. I don’t. I’m just a consumer.
I think I did good at Thanksgiving. I put on only 1 pound and that’s because I dieted the day before, skipped breakfast and lunch the day of…and instead of going nuts with the extras, I loaded up extra with the Turkey. I did have pie and all that but the good kind. Not as much sugar. No shortening. Next day, I’m only one pound over. NOT TOO SHABBY!!! Hurray for me.
