About a month ago I started taking a popular supplement, BSN NO Xplode. Chances are if you’ve spent time reading fitness magazines or know much about supplements you’ve heard of this one before.
I’ve heard all of the hype about it, but then I’ve also personally talked to people that have been using it and feel that it worked well for them. So I figured I’d give it a shot and see what happened.
The first time I took it I noticed an increased pump which is one of the main benefits people talk about. But after the first workout I didn’t notice this as much. For me the biggest benefit has been the energy boost to power through my workouts.
This is one of those supplements that some people love but others think is a waste. My opinion is that it seems to work better for some people than others, so you might just have to give it a try to see how well it works for you.
