I am trying to figure out how exactly my metabolism works. I have heard that it is possible to Boost Your Metabolism, and I have heard that one of the ways that you can do this is to eat breakfast. How does this work? I am trying to figure out how to balance the amount I eat and the amount I exercise in order to get the best benefit to my metabolism, which means I need to figure out how this works. What is it that makes it so that breakfast and exercise increase your metabolism? How much do I need to do in order to get this effect?
