What is a Pesky chilblains

Have you ever think of some problems that are so common in some countries that not everybody knows about it? The common cold and chilblains are the things I can think of. A pesky, annoying and painful reaction of the blood vessels in the skin of the fingers and toes in response to cold in those who live in the temperate humid climates is the Chilblains. The saddest part of this condition is that it doesn’t have any known treatment, people who have this condition will just to wait until they get better (or the weather gets warmer) and just do thing for the symptomatic relief. The only real way to deal with them is not get them in the first place. Which means either not letting the feet get cold in the first place or head toward warmer climate for the winter!
