The Retired Nurse Solved My Hemmoroids Panic

One thing that has been bothering lately is my backside when I use the bathroom. I went to ask my friend about it. He is a retired registered nurse that lives up the street from me. He checked me out, and said I have a minor case of hemmoroids. I was a little shocked, because I always thought hemmoroids needed all kinds of surgery and medical attention and insurance payments and all that other scary stuff. In reality, he told met that all I needed to do was to eat some fiber and drink plenty of water. That usually does the trick. He said only if I waited a long time before taking care of them would I need to worry about surgery or anything like that.
