Agoraphobia is a phobia that develops from fear of open grounds or spaces. It may also appear from the fear of busy or crowded places. To stop panic attack from this phobia, try and open up yourself to such situations. Take support from your family and friends and try to expose yourself to such areas slowly. Check your beat regularly and seek medical advice. Usually, Agoraphobia occurs when your unconscious mind observes a pattern which was somehow previously associated with fear or state of panic to situation. Your mind in such state, assumes, that it might happen again. To recover from it, calm yourself. Try to send signal to your unconscious mind to scare these thoughts or associations away.
