Bodybuilding is the process of maximizing muscle hypertrophy through the combination of weight training, sufficient caloric intake, and rest. Natural bodybuilding however is so much more than that, as any trained bodybuilding professional would tell you. Bodybuilding is a constant evolution through various stages of building and refining, overindulgence and restraint, intensity and moderation. Bodybuilding is an exciting sport and a great way to keep fit and healthy. Bodybuilders are often encouraged to “graze,” or to eat about six smaller meals a day rather than three large ones. Bodybuilders are individuals; they are not team players. For other people, bodybuilding is a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a fit body.
