Nowadays, everybody is looking to get rid of stomach fat (German: Bauchfett weg). Little do they know it’s actually pretty simple to do so. Let’s begin by saying that not everyone will lose fat on the stomach at the same rate. Some people’s fat comes off their hips, buns, thighs, or face first. But to get you started, let’s stick by one rule: Don’t eat after 9 p.m. Why, you say? There isn’t really a “medical research” to prove it to you, but I promise you that your stomach will be that much flatter if you stop eating a few hours before you go to bed. In the morning, you will notice a difference. Do it everyday and it will add up. Not only are you stopping yourself from bad midnight snacking habits, you are also allowing your stomach to digest and rid itself of the previous day’s food. Just imagine: If you keep shoving food in your mouth, when will the stored fat ever get used?
