I live close to the beach, but I would not be caught dead on it back then. I was way too large for my small frame. I had let myself go and was too busy to take care of me. I was always taking care of other people and it was making me sick. I needed to get healthy and fit. That is why I called the los angeles personal trainer. She understood what was going on in my life and she was supportive of me wanting to get healthy. She helped me every step of the way and now I am enjoying good health.
