It’s interesting that my mother and my sister both suffer from ulcerative colitis. They see different doctors who seem to be closely following the same ulcerative colitis treatments for both of them. My sisters ulcerative colitis seems to flair up more than my moms. that may be because my sister doesn’t follow the diet as closely as my mom does. My mom hasn’t had to take medication for her colitis for many months now. She suffers from abdominal pain rarely. She’s also lost twenty pounds she needed to lose following the colitis diet.
