Finnish Sauna and Infrared Sauna

My neighbor, who is Finnish, has both a regular Finnish sauna and an infrared home sauna in her basement. Why both? She really enjoys the traditional sauna with the benefits it provides. The Finns have used the traditional type of sauna for years and it is a real part of their heritage and background. After a few years of using this, she went out and bought one of the earliest infrared saunas. The main reason for this was because of the health benefits involved. Both are still used but she feels that the detoxification and general benefits to the skin  provide by the infrared model make it worthwhile.
