Dangers of Fad Diets

Fad diets as you may have heard come and go like the summer seasons. The reason for this is that they are usually looked as being diets that work quickly but don’t help you keep the weight off, and often are not healthy for you. If it were me and I was trying to find the best diet to lose weight I would stick to something that was a little bit healthier and long term. The following is a list of negative facts about fad diets:

When their is a lack of calories being put into the body this can lead to loss of energy and fat layers around vital organs.
They usually result in the loss of fluids, specifically water weight which is also vital
Lastly, They can lead to loss of immune system functioning at its highest point.
