A move by the government to protect children

Throughout the world, abuse of children rights has been on the rampant, the leading being child trafficking in countries like Italy and Rwanda. In other countries, both physical and sexual abuse is experienced by these children and this totally disrupts their interest in education. The U.S. Government, through the Department of Health & Human Services, recently offered grants for abused children to assist in the prevention and/or treatment of child victims of abuse. This move has been warmly received by the world bank who in return have allocated 10billion USD in this financial year, for the same in Africa and other unstable countries in Asia. Though management of these funds has become a challenge especially in African countries, several committees have been formed to oversee that the exercise and protect the children by ensuring that everything runs transparently.
