Unless you possess unbelievable leaping ability, you must work and train attentively to be able to dunk the basketball. You will spot programs that advertize incredible outcome in just a few weeks but they are fool’s gold. While a few of those programs can help, nothing beside hard work and training is going to develop your leaping skill to the point where you can dunk. Be careful not to over train. Also, tolerate at least a day between intense workouts for your muscles to recuperate from the workout. Through this you will develop the ability to jump higher

One of Japanese Secrets - Ninja!
September 27th, 2009 — Sports
Ninja - also known as shinobi, was a class of warriors who usually originated from lower levels of society. They equaled to our-days spies and were in service of Japanese land lords (daymio) and samurai. Still, they were feared even by those who hired them for certain missions. Ninja were considered professional assassins and mercenaries.
Before creation of schools the art of Japanese ninja fighting was transmitted from father to son. Later it was inherited by best of the students from their masters (sensei). The first known ninja school was Nakagawa-ryu. It taught ninjitsu. A ninja was trained from a very young age and was taught much more things than a samurai.
Bodybuilding Diets, Not Your Average Diet
September 26th, 2009 — Sports
When you decided you want to start bodybuilding like I did, you start to research Bodybuilding Nutrition you will see the word diet a lot. Usually people associate the word diet with days of starvation , pain and eating rabbit food. That is not the correct definition of a diet. The word diet refers to the food choices that we make on a daily basis. Even if you don’t think you that you are on a diet, guess what?! You already are following a diet. Whether you eat candy all day everyday, or oatmeal, that is your diet. Diet simply means what you take in everyday and with bodybuilding you need a hearty diet in order to get the results you desire.
Improve Your Score With a Yardage Pro Rangefinder
September 22nd, 2009 — Sports
I am just learning how to play golf and am doing pretty well with my swing. However, I was having a lot of trouble choosing the club to use. I finally bought a Yardage Pro rangefinder to use to measure the distance to the hole. I know this isn’t permissible during tournament play, but as long as those that I play with don’t mind, I will continue using it. I am sure after I play for a while I will get better at judging distances. I am really glad that I decided to learn to play. It is very relaxing and fun.
Speed training to jump higher?
September 19th, 2009 — Sports
Here’s a quick question for you? Would you follow the advice of a speed expert for vertical jump training? If your answer is no then I highly suggest you finish reading this article.I was able to peacefully grill world class speed expert Lee Taft. Lee is a true gentlemen and an excellent teacher. So what can one learn about vertical jump performance from a speed expert? Well when you consider that the fastest athletes usually jump the highest I knew that Lee’s Insights would really help here. Lee first tackled the importance of injury prevention by teaching proper jumping technique and making sure to maintain and yes train for optimal posture. One thing to take home is how Lee feels about injury prevention and many coaches forget that. Remember this: No matter how high you jump it means nothing if you are saddled with an injury! One big point Lee touched upon was keeping an optimal strength to weight ratio. To do this it’s important to keep your body fat levels low and use strength training protocols that specifically target strength (ie lows reps up to 5). This actually a big thing with speed training as many times increasing your speed is a matter of just achieving an optimal weight to strength ratio.

If you have done any saltwater and freshwater fishing in your life time, you probably know that freshwater fishing tips tend to be easier than saltwater fishing tips.
Some good starter fishing tips would be to get some good gear, and to acquire some topographical maps and other resources on where to find the fish. Also, look at the time of year and the feeding habits of the fish you after.

Learning About Scent Control When Deer Hunting
August 12th, 2009 — Sports
I use to go deer hunting with my Dad all the time when I was younger. I remember getting up early and walking to the woods in complete darkness. The best part about hunting is sitting there in the blackness and then watching the sun come up and the woods start to come to life and no creature knows you are there watching. It is a Serene and magnificent feeling that you will only know if you have the chance to experience it. I also remember the times of failed hunts, you sit for hours on end and finally have a shooter deer come in on you only to bust you and run off before you can harvest him. It is a sick feeling so much so that I began to really research and perfect my hunting techniques. The biggest thing is scent control hunting tips. Scent control is the biggest challenge a hunter faces in the woods. Deer can smell one hundred times better than a human, they can smell what you had for breakfast on your breath. Learning to control that scent will be the key to a successful hunt. Deer are very elusive creatures and can be challenging to hunt and it all starts with some scent control tips so read up on it.
Bodybuilders: Do They Have a Life Outside the Gym?
August 8th, 2009 — Sports
I was recently watching a bodybuilding competition on television, and it was really interesting. The men and women competing in the event were just massive. I was sure they must spend their entire lives in the gym and swallow huge bottles of bodybuilding supplements to get so huge! But as I listened to an interview with one of the competitors, I found out that’s not the case. He spends a decent amount of time in the gym, but he also has the time to run his own business and has a family. I was impressed that he could get so fit and still have time for a life.

Forget Fox TV - Air Hockey Game Table
July 28th, 2009 — Sports
When they’d the nation’s broadcast package, Fox Network’s try to follow the puck with a silly ‘virtual tracking path’ — derisively named the ’sperm’ puck, as that is the image it resembled — dwarfed the action, and mixed with its morphing robot graphics presenting scores, hockey was trivialized to serving as a background for ersatz computer games. New spectators only recalled effects, and eager fans got bored with attempting to look past all that to determine if a genuine game happened to be in progress.
Maybe NBC is preparing for that approaching change in broadcast standards. Who knows, but in the meantime, have some fun with an air hockey game table.
