Core Based Exercises. Your body’s “core”, the area around your trunk and pelvis, is where your center of gravity is located. When you have good core stability, the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen work in harmony. They provide support to your spine. The core is the power zone. It is where all movement begins. A well-developed core allows for improved force output, increased neuromuscular efficiency, and decreased incidence of overuse injuries. A weak core can make you susceptible to poor posture and injury.Plyometrics. Plyometrics are any exercise where the muscle is contracted eccentricly then immediately, concentricly. Put simply, the muscle is stretched (i.e. loaded) before it is contracted. A good example is medicine ball horizontal twists and standing golf swings. According to a recent study published in the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) journal, Atlanta Golf Courses amateur golfers significantly increased their driving distances after just eight weeks of strength training while incorporating plyometrics. Mean driving distance increased 4.3% for the combined training group, with mean club head speed increasing 1.5%.Once you incorporate these 3 techniques into your exercise program, you’ll never be disgruntled about driving distance or power generation again.

I have always loved to go diving and have been lucky enough to be able to see many of the different diving spots around the world. I always love to go to some of the Florida Keys SCUBA Dive destinations because I have made so many memories there. I learned some valuable lessons along those coasts and so will always have the desire to go back and visit. I love seeing the different colors that seem heightened under the clear ocean and to see all the life that takes place under the see. I am hoping that I will be able to visit Florida again real soon and I am looking forward to it.

I really have to make sure that things will be perfect. I do not want to make things any complicated for me. I know that it would be really important. This is to get these things done right. I have to keep my self at pace with all of the things that we have in here. Truly, it is a perfect thing to have the spyder paintball with me. I know for sure that with the spyder paintball with me, all things would go right. I am really very amazed at how things went. Truly, it is an amazing thing to have the spyder paintball. This is such a wonder for me.

So here is the deal. You can have the best airsoft guns out there, but if you are not a part of an airsoft group, organization, or have friends that are ready and want to play with you, then you are not going to have much fun. I mean who wants to buy an airsoft gun, just to practice in their own backyard with a target. Not me! The easiest way to start is to go out there, and run a google search for local airsoft groups where you live. Once you find one, participate in the forums a little, and ask when they are going to be meeting next. Ask them if you can join. Once you meet some people, you’ll be able to find your spot in the local airsoft arena.

Next week my stepson is going to graduate from high school and I’m so incredibly happy. In his freshman year Josh didn’t do too well and both his mother and I feared that he might flunk out. At some point he rolled up his shirt sleeves and really set some goals to graduate high school with honors. Because he has done so well and is going to graduate, I decided to get him some graduation gifts. First off I bought him a new mountain bike, one that he will really like. I also bought him some burton snowboarding pants. My stepson likes to snowboard and now he can do it in style.

I can’t say enough how much I love basketball.  It is my passion and my desire to be an NBA star some day.  Because I love basketball so much, I like collecting characters from various teams.  I recently found a NBA All-Star Vinyl Sonics, Kevin Durant that I had been looking for, for some time.  It is one of the best crafted characters I own.  It sits at the head of my collection and I imagine it will be there for a long time to come.  I am excited to be able to add others to my collection from this site.  The quality is awesome.

It’s amazing how fast things change in only a few short years. When I was in high school, it seemed like only the skating crowd wore vans shoes. Now, six short years later, I’m teaching at a high school, and all of the cool kids are wearing vans, regardless of whether or not they’ve ever been on a skateboard. I saw a really cute pair on a girl in my English class the other day. They looked like high top sneakers, but were made of really colorful fabric. They were so above and beyond the classic high top sneaker, and not something I would have expected from vans.

I don’t play golf but I enjoyed watching going with friends whenever they want to play some golf.  I just sit around and watch them do their thing.  I really enjoyed it when some of my friends are getting all raving mad in the middle of the golf course especially when are experiencing this dilemma which they call as a “golf slice”.  Now, I don’t have any idea about this but it sure looks as if it can turn a wholesome golf player into a green monster in seconds.  Somebody needs to have a good way to fix golf slices and these friends of mine need some help the soonest time possible or they might need help from a psychiatrist or neurologist.  Seriously, one of them came across this book guide which he saw on the Internet and he proudly showed it to the others about it and it’s a book guide that, according to him, have helped him cure his golf slices. Well, that’s good news. At least, the golf course now has one less monster to deal with.

Although the National Basketball Association (NBA) regular season has been over for quite some time, not many people are aware that the league continues to test and tryout rookies and young players during their 2009 summer league.  I was surprise to see how many unsigned free agent players are wearing new Air Jordans even though they do not have a shoe contract with Jordan Brand or Nike.  It goes without saying that even though Michael Jordan has not been playing for over a decade, his legacy still lives on, as does his shoe brand.  It is great to see the youth still carrying on.
