Normally, there are four stages of mesothelioma based on the extent of cancerous cells. When the cancer cells are limited to the lining of an internal organ such as chest, heart, abdominal cavity or testis then it is termed asstageI.Contrary to this; if the mesothelioma cancer cells start spreading to other organs or tissues of body then this situation refers as Stage IV. In stage II, the cancer cells multiply speedily and in Stage III these cells become more advanced. The signs and symptoms of mesothelioma cancer normally appear in the stage II to onwards. In rare cases, the patients notice this cancer in first stage. It is advised to the patient of this cancer that he should remain in contact with his physician so that he reports any abnormal situation immediately.
