If you’ve purchased a product recently and you’ve been asked to submit a review you owe it to the potential and future consumers of the product to do so. Many customers rely on product ratings and reviews in making the decision on if and what to buy. If you’ve had a positive experience with a company or product, let someone know so they too can enjoy what you have enjoyed. If you’ve had a negative experience wouldn’t you appreciate it if someone had warned you? This is a method for consumers to keep businesses in check. They rely on your positive feedback and the less they get the harder they must try to satisfy their market which also means the better product you will receive.
