I am thinking of starting a new food catering services business. I love to cook, and would like to have a job involving cooking. However, I don’t want to work for a restaurant or anything like that. I think I want to start my own business. My favorite thing to make is desserts, so I wonder if I could have a specialty catering service that just does desserts? I suppose that probably wouldn’t work, most likely we would have to do regular food as well, but we could have a more limited menu possibly, and have more of the focus be on special desserts.
